Aerotropolis L.A.

[Image: Author Greg Lindsay interviewed by an impossible-to-spell architecture blog…].

Just a quick reminder that I’ll be interviewing Greg Lindsay, co-author of the new book Aerotropolis: The Way We’ll Live Next, tomorrow evening, 5 April, at the A+D Museum in Los Angeles. Here is a map. The event is free and open to the public—though the Museum would prefer that you RSVP (—and the doors open at 6pm.

Lindsay and I will continue the conversation published here last month, and, though we’ll focus on ideas presented in Aerotropolis, we will also discuss Lindsay’s ongoing research on instant cities, urban informatics, and much more.

It should be a lively discussion, and I’d love to see some of you there!

  1. This sounds great! The subject of the book is fascinating.

Wonder how the airport/port city would work for Los Angeles + LAX + Port of L.A. [ ] Also wondering what that 1,000 pt rating system is all about.

    clues here :

    mashed up LA –

  3. Anon, if you mean the interview at the A+D Museum, you'll have to contact them directly to see if they recorded it; if you mean the betway必威 interview, you can find it here. Thanks for the interest.
